  1. Wow! You have made it tricky this year but we will try and come up with something … wait and see …

  2. Hi Nathan and Chloe

I hope it’s not too tricky!! I’ll be sharing some ideas with you at school…

    Miss Y 🙂

  3. Miss Y I wonder if any Yr 6 students will write a poem. They have been learning about poetry at school.
I think lots of entries will be based on lego and minecraft

I hope we do have some Year 6s writing poems – I know how creative they can be! I’m sure we will have a variety of creative entries including lego and Minecraft

  5. Hi Miss Y,

I think this year’s Book Week is going to be ……..AWESOME!

I’m going to be dressing up as Nikki from the Dork Diaries series, I’m going to try bake a cake and going to do the Shelfie Challenge.

This is going to be so fun and I’m sooooooo looking forward to it.

    From Jasmine 🙂 😛 😀

It sounds like you have it all sorted for Book Week! I hope you enjoy doing all of the things you have planned!

I’m still thinking about my book character…

    Miss Y 😀

  7. Hi Miss Y! For Book Week, I made a model, sent in my Shelfie and I’m dressing up as Ivy from the My Sister The Vampire series. It’s going to be very fun!!!

  8. Hi Layla

You have Book Week all sorted! Perhaps you could organise my something for me to wear for Book Week!!

I hope all of our activities are going to be fun…

    Miss Y 🙂

  9. Hi Miss Y! Yes, I like to be very organized (especially with homework)!!
Haha! I don’t think I would be able to come up with a book week costume for you, but my friend and I might dress up as two sisters from a book series I love. Try guess it… Might be easy!
    Layla 🙂

  10. Hi Layla

It’s a good thing to be organised with your homework!

I wonder if the series is My Sister the Vampire or Ivy and Bean?

    Miss Y 😀

  11. Hey Miss Y!
The series is My Sister The Vampire. My mum thought it was Ivy and Bean, too!
Are you going to dress up for book week?
    Layla 🙂

  12. Hi Layla

I’ll be getting dressed up for Book Week – that’s part of the fun! I’m sure you will know which character I am when you see me…

    Miss Y 🙂

P.S. Am I allowed to update the game? (e.g. Insert a new level; add music etc.) Or do I have to leave it as it is?

  14. Hi Nicholas

You never cease to amaze me!! I am so excited with your game for Read Across the Universe! Of course you can keep adding to it…

We can look at it when you come for your library class tomorrow.

    Miss Y 😀

  15. Hi Marcus

    Your entry is fabulous!

I love the way your slideshow is a quest and you have to answer the questions about books to find the key to save the universe! I love the final question!!

Thank you for creating this slideshow that is both clever and fun…

    Miss Y. 🙂
