Before School Borrowing

I’m usually inside the LRC each morning for Before School Borrowing between 8.30am – 8.50am.  Imagine my surprise when I needed to pop outside for a minute and saw all of these school bags left  by their owners in front of  the LRC doors.  It looked like a bag car park…

  2. Dear Sam

Thank you for your lovely comment.

It’s great to see you really enjoying reading the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books at the moment. You are a fabulous reader who remembers to borrow regularly.

Do you have a favourite Wimpy Kid book?

Keep up your great reading Sam!

  3. Dear Miss Yeomans,
I love before school borrowing because in that time I can sneak a read at some of the new books on the shelf so that way I know exactly what to borrow in library time!!
    See you next library lesson,
    Taylor R 5W 🙂
PS I think one of those bags in the photo are mine……

  4. Hi Taylor

That’s a really good use of our Before School borrowing time – clever thinking! I’ve got some new books ready for next term so you can check them out then!

I love Before School borrowing because it gives me time to chat to lots of the children about books and lots of other things.

Have a great holiday Taylor. It will be a perfect time to curl up with a good book…

    Miss Y 🙂

  5. Hi Miss Y!
I really like going to the library before school. My sister Sarah always wants to go to the library before school so I say yes. I like going to the library before school because you can sit anywhere and read.

  6. Hi Emma

You’re right – before school is a great time to find a good spot to read before school! I’m glad that you and Sarah both enjoy popping into the LRC then.

I also love having time to chat with everyone in the LRC before school.

    Miss Y 🙂
